Refund Policy

If BayBuddy isn't right for your shop, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies to your first payment on a monthly or annual plan.

Email us at founder@baybuddy.ca with the email address you used to subscribe and we will arrange a refund. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel any time from the Billing page inside BayBuddy. Cancelling stops future renewals; your shop keeps access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for our orders. Stripe handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, tax calculation and collection, and transaction-level support on our behalf.
